As Vice President of Mill Brook Fire Protection, Nick oversees all daily job-site operations, ensuring each and every project is completed to the best of our ability, all while making valuable, long-standing relationships with the clients and contractors we collaborate with. From the estimation process through the project sign-off, Nick is highly present throughout the entire building operation. He demonstrates the hard work and dedication required to succeed in the field, contributing to the exponential growth of the company.

As a well-seasoned individual in the fire protection industry, Joe has not only over thirty years of experience, but the ability to problem-solve for the ever changing trends of the construction field. Joe initially built Mill Brook Fire Protection from the ground up and since then his two children, have incorporated their expertise and knowledge into the Company as well. While managing daily business activities, Joe is responsible for directing actions across the Company while directing managers to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

As a graduate of Cortland University, Peter is well-versed in the knowledge and skills that lead our design team while designing and coordinating both our commercial and residential projects. He is an integral part of the meticulous design-engineer process here at Mill Brook, no matter the project size.

Senior Project Manager-Designer

As senior project manager, Anthony is constantly collaborating with all types of trades, and clients, within our projects. Not only does he play a vital role on our management team, but he also has over twenty-five years of experience in the design sector of fire protection as well, and continues to integrate his knowledge from experience in the field directly to the design process.

Lead Estimator

Our lead estimator, Daniel, oversees and coordinates all efforts of Mill Brook's estimating team to meet the established sales goals and growth objectives of the company. Utilizing his construction cost estimating experience, Daniel analyzes all proposals and budget preparation leading the department and estimates projects as fit.

Candice Marino

Quality Management & Safety Supervisor

With over twenty years of experience, Candice, our quality management and safety supervisor oversees Mill Brook's safety program and visits our job sites on a scheduled and unscheduled basis to assure our standards are continuously met. In addition, Candice holds multiple certifications relating to safety and quality and is able to provide constant support to our field members.

Senior Superintendent

Our senior superintendent, Charles, is well-versed in all aspects of the fire protection field, ranging from fieldwork to design and coordination, and now higher management. He has over thirty years of experience in the field and oversees all team field members ensure a smooth build process for our clients. Charles has managed a diverse range of projects over his career span and is able to ensure that projects are flawlessly coordinated and executed at the highest standards.

Natalie Arshravan

Director of Risk Management

As a graduate of a highly accredited university, our Director of risk management Natalie has been in the construction industry for over ten years, and is responsible for overseeing the company's insurance programs, and providing risk management support to field and office management personnel. She is involved with specific project teams during the bidding process all the way to an issuance and overview of contracts.
